Tyne & Wear- Active at Home

This in turn means children missing structured PE lessons, including those who take part in The Daily Mile, and breakfast / after school clubs. It is important that children still have the opportunity to be active, and to help with that, we’ve collated a list of resources you can access to help keep kids occupied and active!

PE with Joe (The Body Coach)

Joe Wicks the Body Coach streams a morning workout every morning at 9:00am on YouTube. They are an excellent 30 minute workout to get you energised for the day.

Dance Festival Routine

In light of the Dance Festival not taking place, the School Sport Service's Dance Specialist Beth has put together a Dance Routine for you and your grown ups to learn over the week. The dance is split into 4 parts for you to learn each day with the Friday being your performance.
