Science Week 2017

Large and endangered creatures

Children arrived on the first day after half term to find huge animal footprints across the field and a team of scientists investigating them. During the week they discovered much more about large animals and endangered species. Groups of children visited the Great North Museum (Hancock) and a variety of animals came into classrooms. At the end of the week Family Groups worked together and designed a trap for whatever left the footprints.
