Virtual Singing Assembly - Week 3
Hello everybody. Thank you for joining us for another virtual singing session.
This week we have:
- The Fox - Mr Johnston leads a traditional folk song. See if you can sing along and perhaps come up with some actions to tell the story yourself. A copy of the lyrics is attached below.
- Great Day - Beccy Owen teaches us a really bright and uplifting song in 4 simple parts. We started learning this in Singing Assembly last year
- Last Night as I Lay Sleeping - a song for our EY and foundation stage - this is a great song to gather some weird and wonderful ideas from the children and serves as a lovely chill-out song. Led by Eleanor Mooney (Sage Gateshead)
- Rob Kitchen is back with another piece using cups - this time it's part of Holst's Planets Suite. This is a wonderful challenge for perhaps our children in KS2 to have a go at.
